STANDARD POLICY
Recorded Staff temperature checks are conducted on a Daily Basis.
Obligatory Covid Self Tests for all Staff twice a week as per the new (April 2021) goverment law.

In case of covid affected guest while on holiday the room is sealed for at least 14 days. It then, disinfected by our trained staff and our action plan according to regulations and goverment guidelines is taking place.
RECEPTION
We know these are difficult times, therefore we are trying hard to offer a protected as possible enviroment.
Our Front Desk Agents follow the necessary hygiene measure, keep the appropriate distance and avoid handshakes.
We do have an emergency medical kit available for the occurrence of an incident, which will include disposable gloves and masks, antiseptics, cleaning wipes, apron, long-sleeved robe, laser thermometer.
Our Staff is trained to identify symptoms and report them directly to the health coordinator.
Non-hotel guests are prohibited from entering our hotels.
