ROOM CLEANING
We know these are difficult times, therefore we are trying hard to offer a protected as possible enviroment.
We provide Room Cleaning on Demand. All Guests have to inform Reception from the day before for the cleaning service required. (e.g room cleaning, new towels or bed sheets). It is a simple, yet powerful way for higher protection from covid-19.
Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Covid-19.
Commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant. (Switches and electronic controls, handles and knobs, major bathroom surfaces & furniture).
Perform specific methods of thorough cleaning and disinfection of rooms with certified antiviral disinfectants, as well as sanitize the room with a steam device.
TV & Aircon Remote Controlers are covered.
Key cards / Keays are disinfected.
Bed sheets and towels are washed at a temperature of at least 60°C/140°F.
Guest accommodation sealed after cleaning.
Regular Room Check from our Specialized Health & Safety Team is taking place.
PUBLIC AREAS
Guests will find disinfecting stations with hand sanitizer available throughout our properties. Additionally, both public and Team Member areas are cleaned at scheduled intervals, including hourly maintenance of high-touch areas like elevators, toilets and bathrooms.
